I need specific ideas/suggestions on quick, easy to make meals. I'm trying to gain muscle mass and I'm almost thru with my 8wk program.
I have a high metabolism. I know b/c I could easily eat 5/6 meals a day if I had the time. I Usually only have time for 3 a day. I'm thinking of buying a MRPS but don't know what to get. I had been taking CytoGainer for a while but I don't think it's a real MRPS.
As for my daily meals...I try to eat good but I do plenty of "cheating". I love fastfood, restaurants etc. and pizza. I'm not sure how bad Pizza is (any?) and things with too much sugar, except coke since I mostly only drink water or juice. So can someone give me a few ideas on meals or MRPS that would work for me. I've tried myplex, it's too expensive and I'm sure there is better stuff for a cheaper amount.

oscarg, I will bump a bunch of posts in different sections - look through the forums for posts near the top that have subjects like fast meals, breakfast, stuff like that, okay?
