I have never been much of a runner and always has been slow....I've been running this trail that is filled w/ different types of terrain and it is 2.1 miles...Normally I run for a few minutes then walk and then run....Well today I said to myself....If I stop once my dreams of getting into a boxing ring is in the dark....So I slapped on my head phones and started up a hill and what normally takes me 25-35 minutes...I paced myself and finished it in a hair over 15 minutes...I am so proud of myself....I never slowed down or took a breather or anything just straight through beginning to finish...I wasnt even exhausted.... Im all smiles!...Sorry for the bragging but this is another success in my story

Grats Gloves!! I use to Run 4-6 Km's everyday in Roughly 25 min, it takes awhile to Build up to it, but you are deff on the right track! Make sure you have good running shoes, and give yourself a few days off per week to let the calves and Shins Heal up.
