Is too much whey bad for you?? I've just change my goals and now I need more protein. I was thinking of doubling up on my post workout shake to help me. One serving gives me 17g so two servings would mean I was taking 34g of whey in my shake. Is this a good idea?
pretty sure its not bad for you but from my experience it really isnt. i take 1 1/2 servings of whey protein giving me 75g of protein so i dont think yours is that much
