what helped you put on the most muscle??

hi just curious about what's helped you put on that much wanted lean muscle.So far for me it's been a high protien diet mixed with 19-nor androstendione it worked for me.

for me its simple: hard training, lots of rest and lots of food

Strict diet, intense and disiplined training sessions, and strategic supplimentation. Never lose focus of your goal. I took a picture of what I looked like before training and I never want to look like that again!
