Hey im 16 years old and I want help on my abs and i was wondering about cardio, I do a lot of ab exercises but they dont get any more larger or visible, they just get hard and stronger, what can i do to make them show up more.(I weight 110 so I cant loose much more weight).
And for the Cardio I was wondering if that would help my abs be more visible or if it doesnt help your abs that much... Thanks
