Is there a way when we miss aday it will push all the exercise routine day ahead. so I don't messup my shedule
When I am going to miss a day I change my workout days for the week, as long as you still workout the same number of days just switch what day is your off day.
I've never tried after the fact though.. and I don't think you can change the number of days without it starting a whole new program for you.
