Hey guys i need motivation...the only time i have to go tot he gym is 5am in the morning...but when my alarm goes off at 445am i just dont want to get up...i say to my self all day(yea i cant wait to lift...to get up early) but when it comes down to it...i just cant get up and motivated....what can i do??

go to bed earlier so you get your 8 or so hours of sleep... that way you're not overly sleepy to the point of not wanting to get up at 4:45...

yeah, I have been trying to get up and take the doggie for a good cardio workout before I go to work. It has taken me over a week of going to bed progressively earlier to get to where I am now -- waking up a minute before the alarm goes off and feeling like I can actually rise and get out there.
It also helps to get your gym clothes, socks & shoes laid out right in front of the couch (and everything you need for the day sitting there too) so you don't have to think at all, just get up put it on grab your stuff and go to it.

Getting your things ready like datdanigirl suggested really helps. I just started going to the gym in the a.m. and I love it!!! It's been 4 weeks now and I haven't missed a day yet (unlike when I was going after work). It always seemed like something was coming up preventing me from going to the gym and now that can not happen. Just get out of bed and do it, you will be glad you did!!
