not eating breakfeast

Man, you gotta eat... take the time to make something the night before so it's ready in the morning or for lunch or whatever.. but you gotta have about five or six small meals a day.... without any fuel, you can't get an effective workout and your health will deteriorate to boot too...

Everyday i usually dont have time to eat breakfest before school(6:00) and durring school i dont eat lunch, i get home around 2:15 eat eat something then i might end up falling asleep from stayin up to late, when i wake up i start my work out routine can not eating from morning to the after noon effect me at all?

He is right, you have to eat. Why cannot you have some nutritious cereal in the morning. That doesn't take too long. Or make a shake at night, freeze it and then it will thaw out during the day and you can drink it. You need FUEL>>
