1. After a workout my veins pop out and I like them that way but they sink back in after, how can I keep them out?
2. I get tire easily cuz I'm weak, so can I spread eight reps out over 2 hours, like at 9:00 i do 15-15, then at 9:30 15-15 and so on? I don't think I can go straight through 60 sets, (120 for twisting crunches kind of)
What do youmean 8 reps over 2 hours do you mean 8 sets? If so here is what to do...if 8 sets are too much lower the sets and build up to that. If you can not complete 8 sets maybe the weight you are using should be lowered? That is my thought....spreading just 8 reps over 2 hours kind of defeats the whole workout purpose.
