before, but when you lose weight do you lose the fat off ur head or does your head weight stay the same? I've lost about 10lbs so far and I haven't notice anything yet. I was 190 now i'm at 180.

yes i think you do lose head weight too!
i think my teeth get sensitive if i lose too much weight in a week(like 3 pound+).. i'm sure it's fat or weight loss by a fraction around the gums.
But fat is lost at random not by spot choice. So your face may be fat still as your six pack may be starting to show a little...
Most of us have hips and gut fat loss last. That's what we want first though isn't it(usually).
Also you see yourself everyday so you don't get to see the changes. Photograph yourself today near to butt naked and a face close up. Then lose some weight and take another photo in 3 months time... Then you can see where your fat dissapears from and it will reward you because you can see it at last.

I don't know, I know some people that are in great shape that are still fatheads.

You absolutely do gain and lose weight in your face. However, everyone is different as to WHEN you lose fat and from WHERE. My husband's face gets thinner if he loses even 5 pounds, but I don't show much difference at all until my bodyfat gets way down there.
Neil's suggestion is a great one.. you look at your face everyday and probably don't see the change yourself but polaroids tell the true story.
