you are doing something wrong... you are whipping yourself unnecessarily. You are also makeing unrealistic demands on yourself and not accepting time and patience. So slow down with these thoughts and look honestly at your diet and training and take praise by noting your success be it- weight control, fat loss/gains, strength changes... So note biceps are thought to be lacking(by you only)- reaccess this portion of training only- train bicep and tricep 1 or 2 times a week and set the exercise course and especially diet (put creatine in your programme- drink plenty water)look up exercises and pick a standard hammers, suppinated, rope curls, concentration and 21's for the burn. ensure you are focused and go for even 1/2 pound extra weight each session each set(where you possibly can) and be patient each month... in a month you will be curling 3 or 4 pounds more than last month and so on- showing your strength in numbers... the tape measure may always appear not enough- but that's your mind set. Have you heard the male statement 'he's a shower not a grower!'' as an inuendo- in reality it applies to muscles- some people curl a ten kilo and look like Adonis, others 20 kilo curls and just have a fat undefined arm. it's in your genes so don't kick yourself add a pound a week on the bar and before you know it....
BEST OF LUCK

prioritize arms by working them first thing in your shedule. Go heavy weight, medium reps. Try some new exercises and go lsowly and realy feel the contractions. There is an arms program here under fitness resources, try it!
You need to eat for your goals, that is true, but some times you just have a bodypart that doesn't respond as well (dang those genetics!). By making them a priority for a while you should be able to notice some growth.
Also, fill out your profile and we can help you better by knowing more about you and your goals.
Supplementation can help with growth and recovery - ones I recommend to most healthy trainers is creatine (growth, mass retention, recovery, endurance), glutamine (recovery, retention), multivitamin, ZMA (growth and recovery, anticatabolism). Make sure you get enough protein in, in six meals a day. A good quality protein powder can help you get the protein you need. Look in the supplements forum for pre and post workout nutrition tips, these times can be very influential on your growth and recovery.
If you really want bigger arms, do some research and make a plan and go for it! If your mind can believe it, your body can achieve it!
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.

What i mean is that my arms dont seem to be growing as fast as the rest of my body, but they are getting more defined, adn stronger. Im not trying ot be super bulky, jsut add a bit more mass, and i've been doing good except my arms arent growing as fast, and others i know have also said thye dont think my arms are growing in pace, i think i just need some more excersises the focus on the arms more, mainly the the forearm and bicep, my triceps are not very bad, but they could also use more work. Thank you for your responses!
