um... do crunches with some resistence... hold a dumbell and do it... keep your sets within 20 reps... also, make sure you work your obliques just as much... this page has a list of moves you can do: http://freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/TargetsAbs3.jsp

of course, you could do all of those exercises all you want and there'll be no visible results unless you have a clean diet! 90% of your abs is built in the kitchen! (actually, i'm not sure if everyone will agree with the number, but the point is that you build your abs on the kitchen...)

good luck and welcome to freeTrainers!

you actually can't turn fat into muscle, but you can lose the fat so the muscles you build doing crunches will show. sadly, although many have tried, you absolutely cannot spot reduce. for more than a few of us that last little bit of fat around the belly is always the last to go. be patient, eat smart, and don't give up. great results only come from hard work!

success comes before work only in the dictionary. that's right.

You should try not eating carbs after 7 gives you time to burn them before bed, and drink loads of water!
