Certification Question..for State of FL

Does anyone know if the State of Florida requires one to have certification in order to train someone??? There is a local gym that often hires personal trainers however they don't require certification.... I want to be certified but I know that will take a little bit and yet I want to get a part-time job as a trainer so when I do get certified I can move onto a bigger and better club and still have experience under my belt.
