Well everyone, tomorrow will be my one month mark for working out 3 times a week religiously!! I haven't lost any weight (actually gained 5lbs) but my undies are fitting better, and my husband says he can see that my tummy has shrunken a bit!! I am excited. I am loving having more energy, and feeling more confident simply because I am doing something good for myself :big_smile:

I feel so much better. My overall mood is more positive, and I have 50x more energy than before!!
