Do you mean how to enter foods or what foods to eat? Be a little more specific.
At 14, you have a lot of growing to do yet, so you want to eat a healthy, balanced diet. fruit, vegetables, whole grains, oatmeal, chicken, lean beef, beans, etc. A really good food list is 'Grocery List for a Bodybuilder' in the nutrition forum, look it up.
