I want to ask u people that if this routine is corect?
3 days of Intense WorkOut(very hard Training) and one day rest...then 3 days agian amd one rest..so on...
the three days consist of:
1=>Chest , Back
2=>bi , tri , Forearms and wrist
3=>Shoulder , Colar
also i want to know that how many minutes should we have to train DAILY.

Why aren't you working your legs?
A 3 on, 1 off split can be good. If you train longer than 45 minutes/1 hour you are probably reducing your benefit from training. How long it should be? Depends on the routine. I have had success in the past with very brief, 1 muscle-group-a-day workouts.
I am sure you will get a lot of different answers on this, as opinions tend to vary.

I agree with assimer on the legs, if I'm correct and your a male, testosterione and other bodybuilding chemicals are stored in the legs (atleast that's what I've been told) and so to build I guess you would say better/quicker? muscle you need to work your legs out to (plus the fact that it may look weird if your upper body is humungus and your legs are small, no offense meant on that though). Just my 2 cents.:cool::dumbbell:
