I been trying to lose weihght for like 6 months and i can't...can someone give me ideas of what i can do and what to eat..i look in magizines and see all these guys with 6 packs..thats what i want..please help!!!:(
Follow the guidelines set up in your nutrition profile... also, do a search for the Grocery List for a Body Builder by bb1... lots of great ideas there....

If your diet is good as far as what you eat, then its just a matter of how much. The best way to adjust it is about 250 cals per day. Try dropping 250 cals per day for 2 weeks and see what happens. Remember as your weight drops you need to adjust cals downward. If you aren't counting calories ,you gotta start. Creating a caloric deficit is the only way. Ya gotta burn more than you eat!!! This is assuming you are exercising properly.
