I am soooooo mad!!! I went to work out yesterday at the gym in my apartment complex, and there was a sign on the door saying they will be closed for remodling until the 15th! What am I supposed to do??? If I do squats, lunges, push ups, jumping jacks, and crunches at home my 4 days this week will that count as enough working out for me to get my reward this weekend???? AHHHHH!!!!

You go girl! Thats a good attitude - you can always check out FT's programs for home workouts without equipment if you find yourself needing more.
And by all means, if you get through the week and feel good with how you did - reward yourself

Yes do all of the bodyweight exercises you can think of and don't fret too much. You can get a really good workout if your husband can help you - grab a broom handle and lie on the floor, have him provide resistance from above for benching and resist the bar on the way down, also (he shouldn't try to brute force you, just steady resistance both ways.
Do sqauts with him holding you above your hips bones, he can press down as you come up, it makes you balance and it gives you resistance, do superslow on the way down, pause at the bottom, stuff like tempo changes really makes it work.
Have your husband lie down on his back, stand over him (keep a straight face:) ) and bend at the hips, keeping your abs tight and back straight, he will give you resistance while you do bent over rows with your broom handle. Again, have him make you work both directions, but not a tug-of-war.
Lie on your stomach and have your husband sit behind/next to one leg, he can give steady resistance while you do a one-leg curl, his hands should be on your heel/ankle area and your calf. Do all the reps on one side and then have him switxh sides to do the other leg.
Sit on a chair and have him give you resistance both directions for leg extensions.
You can do bicep curls this way with or without the broom handle, you can do triceps kickbacks this way. the possibilities are endless, just be sure you are both using good body mechanics.
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.

Loved the part about keeping a straight face asimmer...knowing me and my husband that won't be possible, but I will see if he will help me out tonight. I already did squats, pushups and lunges here at work. I think I will be ok until the gym reopens..but I miss my eliptical trainer!!! Wah!! :(

So...I did lunges and squats yesterday and today, and felt a whole different group of muscles being worked. It was great!! I am thinking of every 3 weeks doing home workouts to change things up a bit. Thnx for the motivation ladies and gents!
