im a 16 year old girl and very skinny. i would like to gain some weight and have been doing weight training for a while but im not sure how many calories i should be eating and how much cardio i should do. i know that cardio is very good for you but should i do any if my goal is to gain weight?

3 times a week you need to get your heart rate up for 20-30 minutes, continuously. You don't have to do high intensity cardio.

How much do you weigh now?
