so i know this product has been talked about a lot, but I'm working out for a year or so and I want to see some faster results.
But i've heard that with using creatine the muscle you build up, disapears just as fast when you stop using it??
Is this true? and so, what kind of product could I use for like a short period 2/3 months, and keep whatever i build for a much longer time??
Thanks

As far as I learned, Creatine will basically give you more energy to work harder in the gym. Any muscle that you've gained on the creatine is yours to keep, as long as you take care of it.
I believe if you're using Cell-Tech with all the sugars, you'll lose some of the bulk caused by the increased carbs, but again, any muscle growth you've acquired is yours.
Anyone else can chime in if I'm not correct, but I believe I read that answer on ft from another thread.

You will lose some water weight when you stop taking creatine, but he nuscle and strength youve gained is yours to keep. Also, after youve stopped taking creatine, you can continue to buikd muscle without it, just as well as you could before you started taking it. If youre looking at it, but just concerned about losing the musle, and wasting money, I say go for it. It won't hurt you, just be sure to drink more water to keep your muscles hydrated.

your gains from creatine come from the fact that you have more explosive power for longer, thus can use heavier weights. Heavier weights with proper nutrition will lead to real world muscle/strength gains. Creatine is not a mystery. It is a naturally occuring substance in the body. It is made from 3 amino acids, arginine, glycine and methionine. When muscle contracts, the fuel for this is called ATP. It provides energy by releasing one of its phosphate molecules and becomes then ADP. The problem is ATP stores only last about 10-15 seconds. As we age, our creatine stores diminish. Beef is a good source of creatine. But it is not enough. So you can see where supplemental creatine can be of great benefit. It is a cell volumizer in essence, so water is essential. This is where folks get messed up with the water weight issue. Yes, the water from the cells will receed upon creatine stoppage, but you had more explosive power while using it, so thus you used heavier weight, and as stated if your nurtition was correct, you should have gained both strength and muscle from this.

well do have one more question, usually when i go work out, i do a 30/45 minutes cardio work-out before the weight lifting, can i just take the creatine before the work out withouting, losing the effect of it. Because I already did the cardio??
