Hi there, can anyone help? I have quite an embarassing problem, I am male 25 years of age and I'm overweight, the most embarassing this is that i have big breasts and I'm desperately trying to loose the fat around them. I have taken up 30 min exercise daily, is there any particular exercise I can do which will reduce the breast size, pl. adv. Thanks.

keep an eye on your diet, as this is a major component to weight loss... do some cardio and follow a program on FT and you should do dandy.... the big thing is the diet... unfortunately, you can't 'spot' reduce...

Welcome to ft...

I've come to learn that you cannot spot reduce. ANd I'll tell ya it's true. I have always had a double chin, and now that I am losing weight, slowly, but losing...This Damn second chin is driving me crazy. Being the thing that most embarrasses me, of course its the last place to lose the fat, but I SUPPOSE it has gotten a bit smaller. So, just losing fat in general will start to make everything smaller.
I do believe that heavy muscle building activities in that area would be bad right now because it would build muscle under them and make them look bigger though... Correct me if Im wrong professionals...

NO! Building muscle will help you to burn more calories. Build muscle like a mad man, you won't get fatter or bulkier if you are eating right.
