I have read in several places that this is the best whey protein on the market. My questions is...how does it taste? I also have heard Optimum 100% Whey is a close second. Has anybody tasted both of these?
Thanx! :)

I use Optimum 100% Whey Strawberry it's OK like a watery strawberry shake. Use just enough water to dissolve the powder that will give the best taste.

THanx Rod! I think that's what I'm gonna end up getting. It is priced right and I have talked to others who have used it. Although it doesn't taste as good as the Whey Concentrate that I am using now. =\ But should be a much better quality though, since it is mostly isolate whey.

If you are going to use ON, get the chocolate mint. It is the best.

VP2's probably quite a bit better, but it's also quite a bit more expensive. I'd go with ON as well. Use a bit more to make up for what you may be missing, if you wish.
I've been thinking of trying the chocolate mint. Just not sure what it'll taste good with.

if you get the chocolate mint, drink it with milk. with milk it tastes like an Andes mint and its really good. with water, reminds me of a mint falvored peice of paper. but thats me...i suggest you try it out to see how you like it

You can always go the Syntrax route...they have the most awesome tasting proteins around. I have had Fuzzy Navel, Apple, and am currently trying Roadside Lemonade. They are great tasting, the Roadside lemonade tastes just like lemonade from a stand...the Apple tasted just like a Jolly Rancher, and the Fuzzy Navel was great, kind of a peachy flavor. They have Cherry Berry also. These are a great break from the standard chocolate, strawberry, vanilla.

Hey Thanx guys!
I have read about the Syntrax before, wasn't sure what to think. Definately sounds worth trying. If nothing more than a change. :)

Does the syntrax absorb just as quickly as the VP2 whey?
