Hi, I would like to improve on my long distance running, i want to be able to run for longer, my asthma and my poor cardiovascular endurance is holding me back. Does anyone know of a good way to improving cardiovascular endurance?
gradually add minutes to your cardio routine. You will get fitter, it just takes time. You can;t force yourself, you have to be gradual to do it right.
Make sure your asthma is being as well managed as it could be - since they put me on singulair my asthma is almost non-existant and I rarely use my inhaler.
The right foods will give you energy for better endurance.
Really it boils down to a healthy lifestyle and consistent exercise.
