that happens to me every now and again(like now). I usually just try to get more running in, play hockey more often, stuff like that. It only lasts a few weeks then there is always something that sparks my interest again.

I was really hyped up with it and did it for like 12-15 weeks straight...Then I took my week off and that week turned into 2 weeks and so on and when I try to get back into it....I go to lift I just get up and leave...No motivation to do it....I know the payoff will be great I made awesome results 1st time around....I just dont feel like it Id rather do something else...However nothing but lifting will help me reach my goals!....Im in a dilemma!...Any tips of forms of motivation to get me back into it will help!

Pick some new type of program - a speed building ramp or a plyometric workout, focus on a differnt type of workout and that may be more interesting.
Boxing is a great workout, take a feww weeks and focus on agility work, boxing rounds, jump rope, shadow box, running, train like rocky for a while. When you are ready, you will head back to the gym. It is in your blood now.
-------------- If you fall down seven times, get up eight.

I was in the same boat as you GG just a couple of weeks ago. I hit a "lifting rut".
A few suggestions to get back the motivation:
- If you are feeling tired and bored, take a break. You may be overtraining. One week off won't kill you.
- Switch up the routine. Not just switching the exercises, but the whole routine (sets, reps, weight, even muscle groups). You need to do this every few weeks or you will get stuck in the rut.
- Get a partner is you don't have one. They can be great motivation.
- Look at your results man! Comparing both your pic's, you have made great gains in a short amount of time. Why would you ever want to quit now? You've just started!
Another thing to remember is, body building doesn't take a few months. It is a life time commitment and can take years to get the the body you want. Keep at it man!
-------------- - Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.
