Soon as you wake up....All foods should be digested....Shouldnt be holding to much liquid...But when you start weighing in the morning make sure you continue to do so each time you weigh yourself.
at night you have all the food you haven;t elimintaed in your system and more fluids.
Either way, be consistent with either morning or evening, but i would say morning.
