we have a muscle and fitness rag here in the uk that was also showing that the loading phase is a waste of money too. As your body can only absorb so much and hold so much at any given time.. it suggested that the one spoonful throughout does the trick and saves the wasted scoops value in money... don't forget to up your water intake.
I have a scoop a day and drink over 2 gallons of water. I find I presently can easily achieve an extra kilo at every other training session on near to every exercise.
