Creatine Cycles

I just wanted to get suggestions as to what an ideal complete Creatine Cycle would be like.

Any help would be appreciated

Sometimes it depends on the creatine (especially the needed quantity) but a cycle up to 8 weeks is ideal.

we have a muscle and fitness rag here in the uk that was also showing that the loading phase is a waste of money too. As your body can only absorb so much and hold so much at any given time.. it suggested that the one spoonful throughout does the trick and saves the wasted scoops value in money... don't forget to up your water intake.
I have a scoop a day and drink over 2 gallons of water. I find I presently can easily achieve an extra kilo at every other training session on near to every exercise.
