First week of FT program...oh the pain!!

I just finished my first week of the FT weight loss and tone program and I have never felt so sore! I feel so drained like I dont even want to move. Before I started this I was doing total body 2-3 times a week which was fine. But now Im even feeling some pain from Sunday. Now my next date back in the gym is Sunday again. What should I do? Go much lighter? Take the week off and recover? Just do cardio? Thanks in advance.

Well I did sqauts yesterday and it sure feels like a ***bad*** sore hehe! When I was doing the full body workouts I usually did just 3 sets of 10 of each exercise and call it the day.

Now Im doing 20, 16, 15, and 14 for most of them. Thats total over double the reps Im used to, also I tried more weight that I usually do since the FT program said I should be struggling with the last couple of reps of each set.

Im sure struggling now :)

Nice arms jdelts. The pain never goes away lol I did a shoulder work out from abc body building. I was in some much pain I could not sleep that night. It still hurts to breath lol but I love it. Welcome daniel !
