I am trying to build mass and have been successful so far but i want to switch some of my exercises for the 4th week. My question is i'm having trouble with choosing exericises for triceps and biceps. i was doing heavy close grips, heavy push downs, and skull crushers and sometimes dips behind the back. This seemed to work pretty good, but i want to switch it up for continual gains. I was wondering if doing some isolation exercises real heavy will still build mass? It seems that there's not enough mass building exerciceses.

All exercises, in the right rep range, are mass building exercises, just some isolate specific muscles more than others.
Try putting in focus on triceps/biceps in the FT mas program and see what it gives you.
