If i cut out all my sugar intake and have 0 will i lose weight....someone told me if i do that ill lose alot of weight!!

If sugar makes up a majority of your calories, probably you will lose some weight due to caloric deficit.
Sugar is empty calories - it doesn't do anything good for you, it provides a very fast source of energy and then drops you quickly, and you end up craving more sugar.
Avoid sugar and eat plenty of fibrous veggies, lean protein and whole grains. Exercise consistently, get adequate rest. Then you will lose weight.

thank you .....also i would like to know id drinking milk is good for u some people told me no some said yea...or should i drink 1% or 2
