I've noticed in the last few weeks or so, my watch doesn't fit anymore... it has now become loose... it's only been the last six weeks or so I've been doing forearm exercises... should that have anything to do with it?
Are there exercises specifically for the wrists, or should the forearm exercises take care of adding some thickness there?
Thanks,
t

Ive been doing hammer curls and i noticed my watch got tighter around my wrist, ive always had like skinny wrists but since i started lifting ive noticed my wrists become alittle bigger as ive had to move on to the next notch on my watch belt.???? but then again i am taking in more calories ,food ,protein...
its for wrists and forearms so i assume that doing forearm exercises helps the wrists a bit but probably not as much as a direct wrists workout????i dont know really im not an expert
