1. I was just sick for a few days, there is no way I have enough time to catch up now, what should I do? Just continue along starting today or restart from the last day or what?

2. After the final week is over, will it erase my schedule or still keep it, because I'm a bit behind...

3. I don't have the device for Vertical Bench Crunches and can NOT acquire it in any way, any substitute?

as for you skipping ur workout casue you were sick it really doesnt matter what you do..if u want to start where u left off thats fine or if u wanna just get back to where u should be now thats fine to ...ft wont erase your workout after the time is up...it gives u the option of when to change and if u wanna modify your goals....as for the verticale bench dont worry about it just find another excersise that you can do ...good luck

For the verticle, I do lateral ones.... at least, thats what I call them... sit on your bum... legs up off the floor a few inches and then pull them to your chest bending at the knees... seems to work!
