Hey guys, just wondering how much coffee do some of you all drink? personally, I could not stand the stuff, until I started trying it before my workouts, now I have to have a cup in the morning and before my workout, so about 2-3cups/day. I do use cream and real sugar, only 2 packets though, any thoughts, comments or suggestions. I am trying to get some information, other than all the great stuff already posted, and yes I have checked it out, on caffeine and the effects on the body, particularly the kidneys. Any info would be great. Thanks.

I have bout 3-4 cups in the morning when I get up while watching my favorite TV show. . . instead of sugar I use splenda packets and I use fat free flavored creamer.

Hey, not that yall really needed to know this or anything, but..I have the most fabulous coffee pot.

It's a Cuisinart, with grinder. I just put the water and the beans in it, set the timer...and I wake up to the freshest cup of coffee a girl could every ask for!

Mmmmmmmm...can't wait for tomorrow morning:love:

I have a Black and Decker (19.95 at Wally World). Throw some Folgers or Maxwell House in and I'm in heaven. I can't imagine how I'd act if I had coffee at your house every morning. Cuisinart, beans, too much!

Well I don't drink coffee (except on vacation for some reason? Coffee in foreign places is completely different).

But if fresh ground coffee from the beans is any comparison to fresh ground pepper, or fresh chopped spices.. then I can understand your enthusiasm dfly!

Are there any negative effects of drinking coffee (other than the jitters and coffee breath)? Any dietary issues?
