I am doing the special 12-week ab workout from this site and I need when it says to do twisting crunches for 15 reps, 4 sets do they mean to do 15 reps twisting right, then 15 left? Or is it 15 total? i.e. for each set should I be doing 15 crunches or 30? Thanks.
