Your metabolism slows by approximately 10% when you skip breakfast - if you don't like eating in the morning, staert small, an egg and a slice of whole grain toast or a protein shake. breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.
When your metabolism is higher you will be hungry every 2 1/2 - 3 hours, that is a good sign and as long as you eat small, balanced meals of lean protein, complex carbohydrates and good fats, you will lose weight eating this way.
