Oh man... I can't believe one double cheeseburger at McD's is 24% of your daily caloric intake! The thing is only 173g! Guess I'll drive by next time!

Most fast food is that bad. Of course, pizza's even worse.
If you're not doing a clean bulk and just want more calories, whereever they may come from, fast food won't kill you (genetics and metabolism will determine how much of this is stored as fat, though). I wouldn't recommend it long-term, though, unless you can find something healthy.

i was wondering this same thing a while back... then i took a look at MCd's website, and also Burger King's website... if you add up the calories in a whole meal, you'll think twice about stopping next time you drive by it... specially since a single meal usually leaves you craving for more, so...
