I would like to know some comments on my diet and workout routine
Personal 18yr old Male looking to gain muscle mass
Mon - Chest - Flyes, Decline, Incline ,Flat Bench
Wed- Triceps - Dips, Extensions, Kickback, Closed Grip B.P.
Thurs - Shoulders - Milt. Press, Barbell Rows, Shrugs, Lateral Raise
Sat- Biceps - Straight Bar Curl, Preachers Curls, Hammer Curls, Concentrations Curl
Diet
Breakfast - Waffle or Bagel w/ protein shake
Snack - Honey Roasted Peanuts
Lunch - Turkey Sandwhich, Cookies, Cheezits, Gatorade
Snack - Bannana
Dinner- Fish 2x/wk and chicken 2x/wk
