When i finished physical therapy for rotator cuff surgery almost 6 months ago I showed my physical therapist my FT workout. She also happened to be a fitness trainer as well. She pronounced the workouts very sound but made a suggestion. She said rather than pyramiding down in reps and up in weight that I do dynamic warmup and then hit my heavy set first. Then go up in reps and down in weights. I do change my workouts regularly but is this another legitimate method to persue?:dumbbell:
