I was wondering how you worrk the inside if the chest. I want to have a line down the middle. Should i just take a closer grip on the flat bench and or all the benches incline and decline as well. And if so how close can i grip before i start working the triceps more than the chest?

Do some cable cross overs or dumbbell (not the barbell) flyers. Gives a great chest stretch and works well.

Try close grip bench prss and close hand press ups, these are a strugglr for a while but it will come. problem is if you have a pidgeon chest like me and have a gap between the bottom of your pecs this makes it more defined.
p.s. that is all

Try seated upright flyes using low to moderate weights...and remember to squeeze hard at top of the movement. The movement is similar to cable crossovers if you don't have access to this type of machine.
