i am going to visit my sister in 3 weeks and i want to impress her with my new weight. how can i lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks??????? i can use ANY advice that is out there!!!!! thanks!!!!

Reduce your caloric intake, decrease your intake of carbohydrates and exercise if you aren't already. That's a good way to lose the 10 pounds in three weeks.
However, since you will lose the weight so rapidly, you run a very good chance of gaining it back just as quickly. Don't be in such a rush to lose weight. Work slowly using the above techniques, but don't be upset if you only lose a couple of pounds before you visit your sister.

I agree with JP. And also, for my two cents. I just lost like fourteen pounts for a competion in like 16 days. I tried my very best to not eat the junk, and chips and all that stuff... And don't eat after 6:00 PM. Try smaller meals and a little bit of cardio and I guarantee that you will see the pounds drop. But just be careful like JP says. You need to work on it and do it somewhat gradually. But goodluck and have a great time.

Word of warning!
I lost 7lbs in 10 days when I was ill recently and I was pretty pleased with myself until I got my bodyfat checked and discovered it had rocketed. Most of what I'd lost was muscle rather than fat - this is the problem if you try to lose weight too quickly
Scales don't tell you what is happening to your body composition - better to look at waist circumference or body fat.

It's always nice to feel good when you meet your family. I know. Thats another reason people decide to lose weight. Going on vacation. Aunt and uncle are coming down....
