Hi
I just do upper body workouts as I have an injured left hip.
Can I split my upper body workouts into different days.
For example, Monday do chest and back, tuesday triceps biceps, Wensday abs shoulders, ect.

I would appreciate any advice or tips.
Thanks

Yes, you can that split looks good working opposing muscle groups together. Good Luck hope the hips heals quickly - Mike

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Back is a very large muscle, and in order to hit it fully, you may want to do it on a separate day, as well as chest. Thsese are 2 very large muscle groups, and could very well have their own day to hit them right.(full intensity)

You could very well split the upper body into 5 different days if you want.
