OK, here's the deal...I'm pretty new to the FT workout schedule and last night i did my hardest leg work out ever. Right now my thighs are killing me and it's hard to walk around, is it ok to take something like Aleve to relieve some of the pain, or would this take away from the work out? I don't plan on making this a routine thing so that i get addicted or anything, but just for every now and then is it alright?

Yes, take something to ease your discomfort.
Also try doing a little cardio to move the lactic acid oput of your muscles, I know it sounds like agony, but once you get past ten minutes, it will feel good. Then do some good, long stretches while your muscles are nice and warm.
Soaking in a warm bath with some eucalyptus or menthol containing bath stuff will help too.
Welcome to FT!
The first leg workout is always the worst. Good job!
