how to customize fitness plan

I have just joined as a member. The fitness program I received assumes that I have access to machines and weights all the time. I have a gym membership but can only go Mondays and Saturdays. The rest of the days I work from home with only light dumbells accessible. How can I customize my plan so it gives me exercises for the days I'm at home and for the days I'm at the gym where machines are accessible.

Maybe it would be easiest to sign up for the home program and then switch the Monday/Saturday workouts to machine you know would be similar to the exercises they list for at home? This is a good question. Maybe you could contact the head guys at FT and ask them if they could come up with a way to mix home and gym workouts. I am sure you are not the only one in this dilemma.

Or - you could sign up as another memeber name and print one workout for the gym, and one workout for at home, that might work, but then again, you may end up with repaet workouts.
