The program I am on now. I've been doing it for about 8 weeks and now when I go to the gym or workout at home Im like piece of cake and it is no struggle for me anymore and I dont even feel like im getting any benefit from it anymore. (Looks like I am losing muscle) So I need a new workout would anyone be interested in directing me towards one?

Just do the following: for each muscle group if you have been doing heavy weight/low reps, drop weight add reps and or vice versa. Do different exercises for each group. Bottom line for each exercise you do know there are at least 2-3 others that do the same thing. right now I am doing decsending sets(I start off with a high weight and lower the weight on each set, but add reps as I go down in weight). Try that .

Ok will have to try that thanks....Also how does one bring theirselves out of a slump? For the past few weeks working out has gotten worse and worse for me each time. No motivation I guess and my bench and other exercises has went down in weight as well. All this happened after I went off of creatine. This wouldnt be the cause of it and it is probably just a placebo effect happening?

One question is how long have you been training with out at least a week off? One classic sign of Overtraining is what you just described....if you have been traing hard for 3 or more months take 3-7 + days off....:angry:I mean off no lifting and just light cardio if any:angry::cool:...will do you a world of good!

Since you gave me the workout I think around thanksgiving. I took like a week off a month ago. I had surgery and couldnt lift anything so I took that off. It was around that time I started getting in the slump.

You may need to take a few days off and just rest....taking time off for surgey does not really count. I would suggest taking 3-7 days off now then start back in with a new workout...
