Friday I was doing my leg exercises and squats is in that routine. I piled 210 pounds onto the bar for my last set (not that heavy I know but at my house it is all the weight I have) and I did it for 10 times. Im proud of myself because it wasnt even heavy or even a struggle for me! *here's to 200 more!*:dumbbell:

how do you figure out your 1 rep max? i've only got 250 lbs worth of plates, so i don't know for sure how much i could lift.

There is a calculator in the FT exercise resources.

I wouldn't use reps more than 5, the charts I have seen start to get unaccurate after that.

Andrew i am talking about the FT calculator. Not a chart. It seems to be pretty consistant.

You got me man. I have been on a high rep low rep routine for the last 2 weeks to try and shed some of the blubber I put on during my cruise. I have checked the 1 rep max on these against the previous 1 rep maxes on my low rep high weight routines and they come out pretty even. :dumbbell:
