If you are asking if this routine is overtraining, I would say no, but every person is different. Why are you asking?

Add some more to your arms balance out the workouts each bodypart should have atleast 3 exercises....
For triceps try
db kickbacks
skullcrushers
tricep pulldowns<--Those will work them the best IMO.

Good point GG, I would do if anything 4 execises for the triceps and 3 for the biceps. Triceps are the bigest part of your arm, and with the muscle fiber distribution in them, heavy, hard work will stimulate the most growth. Whereas biceps, slow deliberate reps with moderately heavy weight(full range of motion), and some isolated light weight exercises are probably best to induce growth, but are fairly easily overtrained because they are not very big. Doing them with tri's though and nothing else should help keep down overtraining. Hit the dips hard for tri's. Remember, you can sculpt a stone till you have one. So if you are trying to build mass, for tri's stay away for now from the isolation type exercises and go for the overall heavy compound exercises...dips, skull crushers, close grip benches(decline close grips probably best), etc.
