Hey i just joined a better gym..because my gym closed down...it opens at 530am thats when i want to go...but i start work 7am(job is only 10minutes away) you thing u can fit a workout plan in i hour?:cool:
An hour is plenty of time, with stretching afterwards included.. I have exactly an hour when I do my AM workouts. 5 min warm up, 3 15-min supersets and 10 min stretching.. usually I go with chest/back or legs/shoulders for those but I'm sure you can get other recommendations here as well.
