no... the muscles (if you gain all that much) will just feast on your fats...

It can bloat you up, and you will carry more water weight in your Muscles so You won't look "cut" while on it, but it should help in recovery, and also aid in adding some muscle, and you should also even burning more Calories. You should be able to increase your lifting Weights, and Intensity, which will help you loose weight, But if you plan to get very lean, then I would say, after you loose whatever weight you wanted too(You do have a set goal right ;) ), then phase out the Creatine, and stay on a leaning out Diet/routine for another 4-6 weeks, and you should then Cut up very nicely.

It will help you through your diet. You normally get weaker from the caloric deficit, and the creatine will help offset this. Creatine is a cell volumizer, and will help add water in the cells. Water is extremely important at this time. There should be no problem with subcataneous water.

thanks speeder and bb, the thing i mostly wanna do is lose body fat, i mean im not fat , but then again far from "cut". so like you said speeder it would be good to take a creatine, just till i get to my goal? but wont that just lengthen the time it takes me to get there, cuz creatine causes weight gain?

Well I don't think Setting a goal by weight is a great idea, esp if your going to go on a creatine Cycle. You will loose Fat, and gain Muscle mass. You may want to change it to a Bf% or something simliar. Or just make allowances for the Creatine water gain, Weight yourself before, and through the 1st 2 weeks, and chalk any weight gain up to water weight. So if yoyr goal was say 160lbs, and you gain 10 with water, put your goal now to 170.
