Ok, im 20 years old and about 3 or 4 years ago i was a little overweight and i guess you can say i lost 30 lbs in a month. After that my cheeks were still kinda chubby and since then i havent been able to really slim them down. I weight about 170lbs right now and im really toned up, i have a 6pac and everything but i hate the way my face looks! Do you guys know anything i can do to slim down my face because i'm very happy with my body! Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

o yeah, i forgot to add when i lost weight, i was young and stupid so i did it by starving myself or eating really little and lots of running, is this a loss of lean body mass and fat body mass? thanks

Yes to both of your last questions. Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce...so in order to lose your puffy cheeks, you'll probably have to lose more bodyfat overall.

There's nothing wrong with that advice, it's plain and sensible.

I don't know how effective massage on its own would be, but a healthier lifestyle, plenty of water and rest, and sun protection on your face are ALWAYS good recommendations.

There's a generalization about 'large amounts of' fruits and vegetables in there.. use the Nutrition Tracker to be sure you're not overdoing it on high calorie types would be one caution I guess.

But if your face is 'puffy' due to body fat, you won't get rid of it until you reduce your body fat overall.

see the thing i dont understand is my body fat overall is already low. I mean my whole body is tone and cut from being skinny before and doing heavy lifting for the last 2 years. i mean i can see my 6pack and the definition in my arms but yet my face is kinda chubby.

can the cause of my puffy face be the fact that i lost weight so fast? but if so, how come it hasnt gone away if i lifted weights? isnt it tre that the more muscle you have the more calories you burn? So wouldn't that make my face slimmer in the long run? please help im confused!

well you doon't lift with your face do you. The muscle you have put on is at thr places of your body which you have been training. maybe you would want to lose a little bit more overall bodyfat. Good luck!!!!
