I know some of the basics like bench pressing, deadlifts, squats, and heavy barbell curls, barbell rows and heavy t-bars but what are some good mass building exercises for biceps, triceps and shoulders?

Well, you already named 4 (bench, deads, squats, rows), just add the military press and dips.

Preacher curls and dumbell curls are good. Also, do bar dips for Triceps...best tri builder I have used.

Don't forget Hammer Curls. It Hits the Underneath, and helps Push the Bi-cep up.

Also Chin ups for back, and Heavy Rows. Upright Rows and Military Press's for Shoulders. For Tri's try out heavy Weighted Dips. I use to do Dips with a Partner, between 2 bench's and we would put 2 45 plates on the other laps, and sometimes add a 25 to that.
