Does drinking alcohol take away from gains? Well i know the answer is yes, but this is what my real question is i don't know the term for it so im just going to describe it. I worked out on sunday and we went out drinking on monday afternoon, and into monday night. I my muscles never got that soreness that occurs usually a day or 2 after working out. I really thought that i pushed myself too, and that i would get sore, but it never happened.. did they not get sore b/c of the drinking?
